Mr. Landlord is an early 80’s Dancehall anthem from Jamaica, one that you can get on 7″ for a pretty reasonable price or better yet, get the One in a Million LP on Greensleeves which features the track. This is yet another great jam produced by Lloyd “King Jammy” James. This came out on Jammys in 1983 and is set on the Hypocrites Riddim (originally a Wailers track).
