Montreal is on a tear these days! There are tons of dope MTL producers peaking right now and are just ready to blow up! I knew that Shash’U was doing good things from little bits I heard here and there but the homie finally gave me a beat tape at the last Samiyam & Teebs show.
The beat tape is absolutely ridiculous. It’s got some 8 bit neck breakers, some boogie funk joints, some more traditional boom bap tracks too. I’m gonna be playing tons of Shash’U from now one and probably gonna have a sit down interview with the dude to shoot the shit on what he’s all about…
