Ok, i’m not gonna front, I didn’t know any of Issa Bagayogo’s stuff but this track from his new record on the very big world music label Six Degrees is enough to make me want to hear more. It’s definetly got that Mali vibe (from what I’ve heard from there), an undeniable mix of african music with very subtle electronic undertones…
