Yup. It’s true. That’s right. Huh-huh. Q-Tip’s new record is coming out.

You’re an intelligent person so there’s no need for me to tell you how important Q-Tip is a major reason why most of us who grew up in the nineties started listening to hip-hop in the first place. What you do need to know is that the man is still relevant in today’s music landscape and that he’s tired of hearing about A Tribe Called Quest reunions.

Check out the really good SPIN interview that came out a couple weeks ago. The album titled “The Renaissance” features collaborations with D’Angelo, Andre 3000, Norah Jones and Raphael Saadiq.
