Ahhhhh. Sigh of relief… Wiley returns to the Ninja Tune / Big Dada label on which he released one of his best records: 2007’s “Playtime is over”
The Eskiboy himself is back on top of a really minimal but effective production that follows in the footsteps of his collaboration with Mj Cole for “From the drop”. Wiley is just a guy that can be effective rapping about anything, on any kind of beat. He’s just that smooth. The video ain’t too shaby either… kind of a grimey Sesame Street!
