One of the aspects that I enjoyed the most in music is sharing & exchanging. Whether it’s on the web or giving away your 3rd copy of your favourite record, there’s always a story to tell.
Last week, I came across deDunamis “California” (Clouds Collective Exclusive) through a “re-post” on Soundcloud and was instantly caught into a “neck-breaking” motion, feeling the West Coast breeze and the Cali aura. I sent it to my homie and told him to thank me later.
There’s 2 part to the song; the first being predominantly shape around a heavy bass line, hard hitting drums and a chorus, while the latter breaks down into a mellow downtempo rhythm sprinkled with horns and a sensual synth lead. I’d see this become an anthem in the popping and dancing community. Oh, and it’s free download. Sharing is the key.
