@JL_Razza: I’ve been collecting Irish records of all genres for many years. All of these 7inchs, 12inchs and albums are from my own collection. Because it’s a small island with a small population, records are harder to find. There were many great bands who just released a few records, did a few gigs and disappeared.
Often the vinyl run was 200-500 copies. I’m attempting here to weave these together with some newer music and with spoken word pieces also whilst keeping a nice flow. I’m playing with pitch control and wrong speeds too. Ireland is a country obsessed with music but outside of Ireland much of the house, disco, boogie, post-punk, jazz-funk, reggae and deviant pop stuff released on vinyl is unknown.
