Exclusive Premiere: Igor Jadranin “Heavy in Stereo”

After a brief hiatus, one of Belgrade’s finest returns in 2021 with a double-header on Tim Zawada’s legendary Star Creature Records! MIMS is proud to present the A side of this heavy 7”.

With its atmospheric layers, synth jabs, and Lone-esque melodies, “Heavy in Stereo” is a deep, modern funk banger, simply begging to be played on long summer night drives.

“Funnily enough, this was a track I had in the vault since around 2017. If there was one good thing to come out of the pandemic, then it was that the lockdown made musicians retreat to the lab and work on their craft”, Jadranin says.

“This cut will get a video release as well, something I haven’t done since the “Boulevardd” EP. The intricate video animation was illustrated by Vladan Zervanov aka Vamsi, one of Serbia’s best comic book artists. Can’t wait to share that with you soon!”.

The 7” is available via Star Creature and is out next week in all relevant stores.
