Had the pleasure of hanging out with Balthazar Dao aka Buddy Sativa a few weeks ago when he rolled through Montreal with Onra. He was playing keys for Onra’ month long US tour. On top of being a really nice guy the dude can play those keysss! He gave me a copy of his new 45 out now on French label (Favorite Records). The A side features a cover of Roy Ayers’ “Mystical Voyage”. “Peripecia” is the B side and is a collaboration with my good homie Onra… I will be playing the hell outta this one.
