Soundspecies is the alias of Musician/DJ brothers Henry and Oliver Keen, based in London, UK.

They’ve become known for exploring the territory between organic percussion music and electronic dance music, thrown together with a healthy fascination for sonic experimentation with analogue synthesizers.

“This mix is a combination of tracks from artists that have inspired us or our productions through the years. Some are from before we started experimenting with making our own music and some are much more recent tracks that have caught our attention. We also included a couple of our own productions which reference our collaboration with Manana and the Afro-Cuban influence, including our remix of ‘Alina’s Calypso’ from our forthcoming ‘Soundspecies & Ache Meyi Remix EP’.”
