Forgotten Treasure: Midnight Express “Danger Zone” (1983)

Sometimes it’s just better to let a record speak for itself..or in this case the totally whacked out video for this boogie bomb. Tri-Fire records have made a slick 12” reissue so that everyone can enjoy 80’s funk band Midnight Express in all it’s jheri curled glory. This song with it’s scintallating synths, huge claps and inciseve hornline became an instant classic the second I heard it.
