Future Classic: ÌFÉ “House Of Love”

Latin Soul

I have been a fan of Otura Mun for some years now. Back when he went by DJ Nature and was a member of Cultura Profetica I always appreciated his contributions and vibe, which fused a Hip-Hop aesthetic to the roots reggae flavors. A few years later he did a project with Yarimir Caban (also a former member of Cultura Profetica) under the name MIMA which made some good noise.

I have been lucky enough to be building with this good brother over the past two years and happy to see and hear his latest project under the name ÌFÉ. The project is a blend of various Afro-Caribbean rhythms and sounds spoken through a contemporary electronic voice.

We are currently working on releasing a remix project on Sociedad Records for his latest single “House Of Love“.

Check out the beautiful video which perfectly captures the vibe of the track.

Shout out to Santurce!
