To mark the sad anniversary of Prince‘s passing one year ago, we wanted to have a conversation with an artist who was deeply influenced and touched by this absolute legend. Modern Funk producer DāM-FunK has been for many years one of the most influential forces in the revival of Funk in the consciousness of both the mainstream and underground audiences.
It was a pleasure for us to discuss with him the impact and legacy of Prince.
