Future Classic: SBTRKT “Step in the shadows EP”

The SBTRKT project has been making a lot of noise in the last year remixing some of the top names out there and pumping out a few quality EP’s in 2010. I had been playing a few tracks of his but this is by far his most complete work so far. Definitely 2 tracks that I will be playing out a lot. SBTRKT works under the cover of an African-ish mask but apparently the man behind the mask is actually Aaron Jerome (BBE Records) which would be really funny because I actually met him in London in 2006.

Ohhhh and for people in Montreal, SBTRKT will be playing in Montreal as part of the Igloofest festival with Ikonika and my Montreal homies Poirier and Bowly.
