Depending on which hip-hop head you ask Jay Electronica may be the more overhyped MC or just the ultimate tease. After being considered by everyone to be the up and coming guy for the past 3-4 years the dude has yet to release a record. So he was signed to Jay-Z’s Roc label in November, and now this is the first hint that the public is getting that Jay is actually working on the record.
Pretty interesting video with LaTonya Givens, a great vocalist I didn’t know about. There is hope… come on Jay. You can do it!
